We had a great time at our Gathering Place event October 1st with 30 participants, including several who were new in our presence.
So grateful to our volunteer artist guide, Brenda, who led us in canvas board paintings. Roger provided delicious eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffins, and bananas. Thank you to volunteers Kay, Jan, Betty, Tom, and Ashlee for your support as well as you faithfully support this ministry each month!

Brunch Menu: Roger’s famous biscuits & gravy, eggs, muffins, and fruit.
Since Medicare enrollment runs from October 15–December 7, we’ll have special guests available to answer questions, including representatives from CHAS (Medicare), Spokane County Library (community events), and SNAP (winter preparedness)—plus other local providers.
If you’d like to share your hobbies or crafts, feel free to arrive early (9:15 a.m.) to set up a small display table. We love building community and learning about one another!
November Activities:
Enjoy light exercise, dice and card games, board games, and a simple cross-stitch project. Coffee starts at 9:30!
We will have Christmas music around the piano with Ron, Lisa on the violin, and Dave on the guitar… all are welcome to join us. We will have a white elephant gift exchange in which ALL may participate.
We’ll also enjoy a Christmas meal of ham, roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables, rolls, and dessert. Expect laughter, music, and joy as we celebrate the season together!
