when you come in

• Social security cards for each member in your family

• Picture ID or Driver's license for those 16 and older

• Proof of income (pay stub, award letter, EBT card, bank statement, etc)

• Proof of address (mail with date stamp within last 30 days)

• A copy of your bill (electric, utilities, etc.) that we may be helping you with

volunteers

We have wonderful volunteers here to help you, some are pictured below. If you are interested in volunteering yourself please be sure to mention that to whoever helps you during your visit or call. There is a "volunteer form" button  located below these pictures so you can print your own application.
